The Coral Gables 梅里克 House is a historic home that previously belonged to the City of Coral Gables' founder, 乔治·E. 梅里克. The property is registered in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places and has been renovated to become a museum. The project involved historic restoration and preservation of the exterior and interior of the house, as well as upgrades to the structural, 机械, 管道, and electrical systems. Prior to any construction work, LEGO conducted full abatement for mold, asbestos, and lead. The project also included the expansion and renovation of the parking lot and outside areas, as well as a full renovation of the external garage.
